First come, first served.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation.

There’s no shortage of information about women’s health.

The harder part can be figuring out what actually matters for you.

The Women’s Health Table is a chance to step away from all the noise and have a relaxed, small-group conversation about your health, the things you’ve been noticing, the goals you have for yourself, and practical ways to feel and function better.

No presentation.
No complicated health jargon.
No pressure.

Just six women around a table, coffee in hand, having a useful conversation about health.

What might we talk about?

The conversation will be shaped by the women at the table.

We might explore things like energy, sleep, stress, changing health needs, movement, nutrition, maintaining strength, navigating midlife, or simply figuring out where to start.

You’re welcome to bring a question, a goal, something you’ve been struggling with or simply come and listen.

The goal isn’t to give everyone the same answer.

It’s to help you think more clearly about your health and what your next step might be.

Meet Jenn

Jenn Craigmyle, DNP, RN
Health Strategist

Jenn helps women move beyond generic health advice and take a more intentional, individualized approach to their health.

Her work combines her clinical background as a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Registered Nurse with a practical health-strategy approach: understanding where you are now, identifying what matters most to you, and determining realistic steps forward.

At The Women’s Health Table, Jenn isn’t coming to give a lecture.

She’s coming to have a conversation.

Why only six seats?

Because this is supposed to feel like a conversation around a table — not an audience listening to a speaker.

Keeping the group small gives everyone space to participate, ask questions, share as much or as little as they want, and learn from the conversation around them.
